Army Maj. Gen. James T. Jackson presents FBI special agent Arthur Eberhart a poster-sized photo of the American flag unfurled from the roof of the Pentagon Sept. 12, the day after terrorist crashed a hijacked jetliner into the building. Eberhart, special agent in charge of the FBI crime scene investigation at the Pentagon, turned over control of  the site to Jackson's command, the Military District of Washington, in a transfer ceremony Sept 26, 2001.
