WASHINGTON, D.C. - Staff Sgt. Davon Knight and Master Sgt. Jeffrey Trotter, career counselors assigned to Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall, receive the Retention Excellence Award from the U.S. Army Military District of Washington and JBM-HH command teams at Fort McNair, Washington, D.C., Feb. 20, 2024. The award recognizes both the installation and the U.S. Army Band (Pershing’s Own) accomplishing their retention mission in all categories, resulting in a 161% retention rate.
