The JTF-NCR/USAMDW Retention Directorate advises the Senior Commander and Command Sergeant Major and staff on all matters pertaining to the Army Retention program. The Retention Directorate provides technical oversight for all subordinate commands and installations in the NCR. The directorate implements the plans, policies and programs of Headquarters, Department of the Army Directorate of Military Personnel Management and Human Resources Command.
