Washington, D.C. - U.S. Army Soldiers from across the 3d U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard) conduct a high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout for service members at Nationals Park, in Washington D.C., Oct. 24, 2023. Fitness is key to unit readiness, and Base HIIT provides a unique opportunity for service members to take the field at Nationals Park, utilizing areas like the bullpens, field, and stadium steps for five-minute workout stations.
