Young Village marks Fort Belvoir's 16th housing development
FORT BELVOIR, Va. - Col. David Stewart, Fort Belvoir Garrison Commander, addresses the audience at the groundbreaking ceremony for Young Village, March 5, 2026. The village, named for Brig. Gen. Charles Young, Army trailblazer and pioneer, will house 200 townhomes next to the commissaryand elementary school, with completion slated for fall 2028.
