FORT BELVOIR, Va. - David H. Dentino, Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Installations, Housing and Partnerships, center right, was the keynote at Fort Belvoir's groundbreaking ceremony for Young Village, March 5. Dentino said 200 new officers' homes will honor Army history with the naming of this village in remembrance of BG Charles Young, an Army pioneer and leader.
