ARLINGTON NATIONAL CEMETERY, Va. - Members from the Joint Armed Forces Honor Guards stand next to the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier during a wreath-laying ceremony in Arlington National Cemetery on May 25, 2026. President Trump took part in the 158th National Memorial Day Observance by formally laying a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and giving a speech in the Memorial Amphitheater. The ceremony was conducted with full military honors and supported by the Joint Armed Forces Color Guard, the Joint Services Honor Guards, and The United States Army Band (Pershing’s Own).
