We are excited about your assignment to the Joint Task Force-National Capital Region and U.S. Army Military District of Washington! You are joining a workforce that plays a vital role in the nation's overall readiness, and with your support we are confident that our readiness will continue to be achieved. We hope your time in this command is impactful and fulfilling as you will touch leaders, Service members and employees from all over the world.
We look forward to your arrival and bringing you on board to help support multiple diverse Army and Joint missions within the National Capital Region. You should have already received the name of your sponsor who will reach out to you to assist you as you come on board.
Immediately upon your arrival, you will be provided instructions on how to in-process /onboard our agency to ensure your first 30 days are stress-free as you settle into your new position within our command. During your first two weeks, please take some time to review our command policies and employee programs that were established to support you in all aspects during your employment with us.
