3D U.S. INFANTRY REGIMENT (THE OLD GUARD)

The Equal Opportunity (EO) Program Office for the 3d U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard) is responsible for the development, direction, administration, and monitoring of the regiment's EO Program policies, plans, and initiatives, including overall evaluation and assessment, and implementation of the Headquarters, Department of Defense 1350.3 (Affirmative Action Plan (AAP).

The office also serves as a liaison between The Old Guard subordinate commands. The EO disseminates information or resolves EO related issues and carries out specific EO responsibilities in accordance with Army Regulation 600-20.

EO Office Mission: Ensure the Equal Opportunity program formulate, direct and sustain a comprehensive effort to maximize human potential and to ensure fair treatment for all personnel assigned to the 3d U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard); to practice a work environment free from unlawful discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation and national origin.
