MDW recognizes excellence in Army retention
WASHINGTON, D.C. - Sgt. 1st Class Shawnisia Bailey, a career counselor assigned to the Army Aviation Brigade, and Col. Brendan Culling, commander of the Army Aviation Brigade, receive the Retention Excellence Award from the U.S. Army Military District of Washington command team at Fort McNair, Washington, D.C., Feb. 20, 2024.
